About the Art:

I don’t even know where these come from sometimes. Even when I can break down all the parts that went into it, and remember each moment I took the picture, I made the glitch, I drew the drawing, I edited them together…that’s not ever the whole point is it?

Perhaps it’s a better time to look at the “why”…I mean, for all I can tell, no one else has ever created what I’ve created here, it stands alone at the crossroads of infinite combinations of quantum probability as everything and we all do in any given slice of space in any given moment. It has a uniqueness and yet a familiarity. There are triangles, there are squares, diamonds, arrows and curves. There is pattern, there are colors, a rainbow even, and yet one could still be excused for saying “what am I looking at here?”

It is a cross of many points, put into a level of order and coherence for you, also given touches of chaotic novelty, and then it is yours…yours to tell yourself what you are looking at, and others if you so desire.

Much like the universe, no?

About the Portals Collection:
